Services we can provide to establish your business in the US
Following is a representative list of services we provide. But we can do much more because we customize the services for you as needed.
LLC/Corp Registration
We will register the LLC/Corp in a state you choose, such as Delaware, New Mexico, Wyoming etc. The fee includes registration fees in Delaware (Corp or LLC), Wyoming (Corp or LLC) or New Mexico (for LLC). If you need to register in another state, the fee may be a little higher. Registration should be completed within 2 to 4 business days.
Filing Articles
We will prepare and file with the state the required Articles of Organization/ Certificate of Incorporation to register your LLC/Corporation. The fee you pay includes the state government fee to file the documents to register the LLC/Corporation.
Registered Agent Service
State of Delaware requires every corporation to have an agent within the state of Delaware to represent the corporation. We provide this service.
We Obtain EIN (Tax ID)
We will prepare and file the required form to obtain the US Federal Tax ID, also known as Employer ID Number (EIN) for the business. The applicant's passport will be required to obtain the EIN.
US Based Remote Computer
We can provide you a virtual machine from Amazon AWS that is hosted in the cloud with a US IP if you need. You will be able to login to the virtual machine from anywhere. It costs minimum $35 per month for regular usage.
Address with Mail Scanning
We will provide an address with mail forwarding service. Mail will be scanned and you will be able to see it in your online account. Then you can decide whether you want a mail to be forwarded to you or you can just print it out.
This service costs minimum $20 a month.
US Federal Tax Filing
We engage a CPA Accounting firm to file US business taxes with the IRS.
Legal Services
We have associated attorneys and law firms who can provide you legal advise if needed.
US Based Call Center Services
If needed we can provide service to receive calls and then forward the calls or communicate with you about the calls.
Office Space Rental
We can rent an actual office space in the name of your business if needed.
Credit Card Processing
We will apply to establish a merchant account in the name of the business so that you can process credit cards. Meaning, customers will be able to pay you by any credit card or debit cards and payment will be deposited directly to your bank account that we open. You will be able to integrate credit card processing into your website or take credit card on the phone.
We Open Bank Account
We will apply to open your bank account in the name of the business without you being present in the US. You will be the signatory on the bank account. There is no US resident involved. Note that this bank account is opened at a digital bank with no physical branch, if you want the account opened at a large bank with physical branches please contact us for a customized package.
The bank will provide the following:
• Debit card
• Online access - you can login from anywhere without US VPN.
• Wiring facility to receive and to send money domestically and internationally.
• pay anyone by logging into your account online.
• Ability to deposit checks to the bank account by logging into the account (once Bank approves it).
• Please note that bank only accepts businesses in a limited number of industries and approval of your business is solely up to them.
